This Pho was the perfect bowl to fight the Europe winter, would have preferred a little more spice tho. Loved their tofu soup and their pun-filled menu

I keep thinking back to this #honeycake and how absolutely horrible it was, dry and crumbly and lacking in sweetness or any real taste. Then rifling through my photos I found the answer - it was #glutenfree 😢 I'm glad that Satan gave me a dairy rather than gluten intolerance at birth. Like really 😢 A dispiriting #dessert to end an underwhelming meal. €5.50 for this nonsense 😦

Because classics never get old, says the menu 🙂 This was the only thing that I liked from our dinner here 🥲 The #tofu had a nice crispy skin and the sauce carried the #tomato well but clearly also revealed the presence of many other nice #Vietnamese spices/flavours 😋 More-than-generous portions of #whiterice and #salad to round out the meal. They even remembered that I told them to leave out the evil weed! 😁

Disappointing. This really tasted like it came out of a pack of #instantnoodles 😖 Not unpleasant or bad or anything, but oh man the lack of effort - #tryharder? #plaintofu, #sweetcorn, etc. Not sure why the fiancée ordered #ramen in a Vietnamese place, oh well 😐

These #summerrolls were pimped up by the addition of #mango, but I really couldn't taste it! Could definitely see it though, were my eyes playing tricks on me? 😅 The flavour profile was dominated by the #cucumber and to some extent by the #tofu. You dipped the entire thing in the #peanutsauce and it became quite a pleasant, innocuous #appetiser 🙂 They cut it up into 8 bits and we were 3, so the arithmetic didn't quite work. Let's just say that I didn't fight the other two people when it came to distributing the remainder 😏

I'm not sure why I thought I was getting the classic Cantonese milky coffee-tea mix. I asked the server for confirmation and she said yes, but then brought round this rather boring #blackcoffee #blacktea mixture with a bit of sugar for variation 😥 The best part of it may have been the #mint garnish 😏 At least it looked fun! 🥲

Dolce scelto tra quelli presenti in vetrina. È una torta soffice farcita, il cocco è presente sia nella base che nella crema ma il sapore in generale è molto delicato. Brodo di verdure con pak choi, carote, cipolla e gyoza. È una ciotola piccola, proposta tra gli antipasti, comunque molto soddisfacente. Il brodo è saporito, i gyoza sono ben farciti e le verdure fresche. 🗓 marzo '25 - CHZ 125 (circa 5,00 euro)

Udon saltati con tofu fritto, fake meat, verdure, germogli di soia, coriandolo, sesamo, cipolle fritte e uno spicchio limone da spremere a piacere. Ho preferito gli udon Black Magic perché avevano un sapore più deciso e aromatico, il mio ragazzo invece che predilige sapori più tenui ha preferito questi. Consiglio caldamente questo locale, il menù è molto ampio e comprende piatti della tradizione vietnamita che difficilmente si trovano altrove e lo spirito con il quale Linh's e famiglia promuovono una cucina cruelty free è una perla rara! 🗓 marzo '25 - CHZ 235 (circa 9,50)

Udon noodles saltati con tofu, fake meat, verdure, coriandolo, semi di sesamo e una salsa a base di fagioli neri, aglio nero e pepe. Mi sono piaciuti molto, il condimento è abbondante e il sapore è ricco e avvolgente anche grazie alle note aromatiche dell'aglio nero fermentato, un'aggiunta geniale. 🗓 marzo '25 - CHZ 255 (circa 10,20 euro)

Purtroppo siamo andati da Linh's la cena dell'ultimo giorno della vacanza a Praga, altrimenti vi assicuro che ci sarei andata ogni giorno. Non solo perché ogni cosa ci è piaciuta molto, ma anche per l'atmosfera che si respira. Il menù oltre a contenere i disegni e le descrizioni dei piatti ha molte pagine dedicate a raccontare la passione che anima questo progetto, non solo un ristorante ma un modo per arrivare a infondere consapevolezza negli avventori in modo coinvolgente e gentile 🥹 Questi gyoza erano ripieni di verdure e cotti al vapore, serviti nel contenitore di bambù con coriandolo e peperoncino a parte, semplici ma buoni. 🗓 marzo '25 - CHZ 145 (circa 5,80 euro)
