Lovely rice paper spring rolls with a peanut sauce. I chose Tofu as the protein. The sauce was a bit blant and tasted more like a peanut yoghurt sauce than the proper peanut sauce that I expected, but there was enough delicious juice from the mushrooms inside the rice paper rolls, so the sauce wasn’t really necessary. The rolls were very nice! 🤗

I have never had something so beautiful for breakfast. The base was coconut yoghurt with chia seeds and spices, and on top were all kinds of fruits and lovely flowers. It wasn’t cheap at R85, but I enjoyed it immensely 😋
