One of my favourite (if not my absolute favourite) claypot rice!!! Unfortunately have been dabao-ing it recently which I feels takes away from the experience of eating claypot rice, but that doesn’t mean they cut any corners when cooking it! They lightly fry the rice before combining all the ingredients in a claypot to let them slow cook, so do expect some waiting time. Super good wok hey, and a good variety of ingredients made this dish filling and almost-nutritious. There were 3 types of mushrooms (shiitake, shimeji, button), snow peas, soy-based chicken, chestnuts, and other assorted vegetables #veganisnotscary

招牌砂煲饭吃了挺爽。黑豆酱很好吃，有点像鸡饭。料足够，也有板栗。若有多点菜，把素肉交换成豆腐会更好。六块。这餐比炒饭好多。 This meal was pretty satisfying. The yummy dark soy sauce on the rice made it taste like chicken rice. Good amount of ingredients too. They even had chestnuts inside. Would be good to have more veggies and tofu instead of mock meat though. $6. So much better than their fried rice.

不太好吃，味道太淡，料不多。素叉烧甜，但不够咸，需要加酱清和盐。素食摊不用葱属，若有用可能比较好吃。香菜味道香。 Disappointing. Just wasn't very tasty and ingredients were a little lacklustre. The veg char siew made it have a nice sweetness. Not salty enough, had to add own soy sauce and salt. I think fried rice would be nicer with alliums with Chinese Vegetatian stalls don't use. The coriander added a nice fragrance.
