First time trying HDL. They have 3 soup bases for vegans to choose from. The spicy one and tomato one was my fav. Really great service and good options for vegans!

I love that hai di lao has two soup bases that are vegan (just ask them not to add chicken oil), these are the mushroom and tomato soups. Then load it up with tofu, mushrooms and other veggies. We had a group of four and got the mushroom platter, silken tofu, beancurd, tofu strips, lotus root, potato slices, spinach, and black fungus and a portion of rice to share. We all left feeling full and satisfied ☺ the tomato base is the best 😋

De vuelta a Haidilao restaurante típico Chino en el que cocinas la comida en agua de diferentes sabores♥️ Esta vez era en base a champiñones y pedimos diferentes verduritas para cocinar (choclo, champiñones, bambú,etc) muy muy ricoo!!!

Vinimos a un restaurante típico Chino que sirven Hot Pot⛩️🍜 es una olla caliente (puede ser picante, con especias, etc) y diferentes ingredientes crudos para meterlos al agua💕 Así que pedimos una variedad de champiñones, noodles y otros vegetales. Lo que más me llamó la atención fue unas láminas de bambú muy muy ricas, se parecia mucho a los palmitos. Una experiencia que hay que hacer 👌

The vegetables are fresh and tasty, but the real hero of the meal here is the broth. We got the tomato and the mushroom broths, and they were fantastic. Particularly the mushroom, which was a surprise as I typically don't enjoy mushroom flavor so much as I tolerate it. And the service is great alongside the meal
