This Katsu curry wasn’t exactly what we had expected. It only had vegetables, no protein at all, and the sauce was too runny, not as thick as you would expect for a katsu curry.

This was a wakame salad with sesame, tomato, and cucumber. Really tasty.

This was at the Asiana restaurant in the resort. Everything was super good, with a proper vegan menu. These were vegetables' roll with Japanese mayo, nori, and soy sauce.

This variety of welcome had some Greek dips: aubergine salad, Stuffed vine leaves, Fennel pies and Potato fries.

They made a vegan pizza for our daughter and put capers, her favourite. It was ok, they made the base gluten free, so the bread was slightly different to what we are used to.

The chef of the resort made a moussaka for us when we arrived and it was beautiful, so soft and super tasty. This one wasn’t that good, we had it at the Tabernaki restaurant without the resort. It looked like they made a few and the froze them and used them upon request. It was a bit disappointing.

This was a mango sorbet with something that looks like sweet noodles with syrup and a white sauce on top. It’s not what was on the menu and they couldn’t really translate the dish for us. So I called it Vegan Ice-cream.

This was the main course. Not bad, it was flavourful and the rice was perfectly cooked. I think there were no mushrooms, as per the menu, but just other vegetables.

This is the salad they give the others but without the lobster. It was nicely dressed. It had baby gem, avocado, and herbs.

We are at the Costa Botánica hotel in Corfú and went for the fine dining. They have a vegan menu, which is not as impressive as the other one, but I can’t complain, since I have an option! This soup was quite tasty, I really enjoyed it.
