Ferments has a great vibe and spacious dining experience. They also just different musical guests to add to the ambiance. In many of their dishes they use fermented ingredients like this one. This dish has organic whole wheat fusil, fermented mushroom vegan cream sauce, 6 mushrooms types, olive oil, and dill. The portion is large especially for one person and is 19,000won / $13.00, which I find to be a fair price give the taste, portion, and unique qualities of the dish. This is on the every time I visit I order it list. The other dishes pictured is the Grilled Green Onion Hummus (which I also reviewed) and the Vegan Karaage. The Karaage seems to be no longer on the menu, which is probably for the best, because it was very typical and not a very strong dish.
