Okay so this photo was from a quick Seattle trip in May 🙈 but I wanted to share because this is one of my favourite places in the entire world and every time I am in Seattle the first thing I do is get food from this place 🤣 These bok choy & mushroom dumplings with spinach wrap dough are divine!! Also the Chili the Garlic Tofu Lamen is incredible and I like the Jajang Tofu Pancake Roll too. There are loads of vegan options here and this place is a hidden gem for sure! So worth it to stop by if you are in the area or order for takeaway. They always get our order correct and the food is delicious and stays HOT! 👍 #plantforward #veganin2022 #abillionlove #veganisnotscary

🥟 I didn't know if the organic dumpling would be as flavorful as all the other dishes here but sure enough, this dish, like everything we have tried here, was fantastic! Awesome flavors and texture, absolute perfection! ☂️ We happened upon this place while visiting Seattle and we were impressed with all the vegan options! The first time we ordered takeaway from here we were blown away, and kept coming back again and again! 👏 My #1 can't miss recommendation from this place is the Chili The Garlic Tofu Lamen. It is pure heaven. Also I highly recommend the Go Vegan Combo!!! for $50. Has everything you could possibly want. 🤤 🥡They are takeaway professionals here, always get my order correct, food  stays hot, and they have great service! YES!!! If you visit Dumpling The Noodle, this dish is a MUST! it tastes way better than it looks in this photo, it tastes DAMN GOOD!! I took this photo after I already ate half-- could not wait!! Honestly this is absolute perfection, some kind of mindblowing garlic magic broth, hand pulled thick noodles, succulent tofu, and delicious veg. Bursting with flavor!! I've never had a dish exactly like this and it is my new favorite comfort dish, I've had it about 5 times! They are takeaway professionals at this establishment, always get my order correct and the food always stays hot because they package it well! This place clearly labels menu items as vegan. Definitely stop by if you are in the neighborhood, or you can order them on Doordash!

This dish was not bad, but it was underwhelming. We have ordered takeaway from this place 3 times, and everything else we have tried has been phenomenal and bursting with flavor. This dish was a bit lackluster in comparison to all the other delightful eats we've tried here. The rice noodles also seemed a bit overcooked and mushy. Maybe it was an off day, but we will not be ordering this dish again. I have no complaints with anything else we have tried here!
