One of the many #veganoptions on this menu includes this #appetizer of #woodear #mushrooms in balsamic vinegar. The mushrooms are cooked perfectly and have a great texture the balsamic vinegar is soft and not overpowering. So light and fresh!

How cute are these little guys? This place has a great array of vegan options in almost every category of the menu, including deserts. Everything from dumplings, wonton soup, noodles, vegetable dishes and these adorable #desert taro #dumpling. They are bite sized, great for sharing with taro filling. They are not overly sweet but delicious. #eatingout

If you ever have the chance to try this place take it! They havr vegan dumplings, buns, desert dumplings and more. This #noodle dish was only a littoe spicy but very flavorfull. Noodles are made fresh in house and the vegan noodles and dumplings are green, which I think is such a cute idea and an easy to tell just by looking what is vegan. #eatingout

This place had a really great variety of cleralt labelled #vegan options in almost every category of the menu including noodles, dumplings steamed buns and more. This rice cake dish had lots of flavor and veggies. Enough for two to share.

There is a vegetable section on the menu with options like garlic green beans, brocoli and garlic, thai cabbage and this garlic kale. I do not usually go for kale but we wanted to try a veggie dish and it was very good. If you like cripsy kale this is not for you. The kale was sauteed with garlic and had great flavor. It still had a good texture, wasn't mush. Full Restaurant Description Below: First time trying this place in Tukwila #washington. I wanted to check it out because on almost every section of their menu they had a vegan options, not one you have to ask for vegan, it says vegan in the title. They have a great menu on their website that is clearly marked abd full of beautiful photos you can reference. This place was inside the mall and was huge, we did not have to wait for a table when we showed up for diner on a Tuesday night. The menu has differenr sections like dumplings, noodles, rice, vegetables and more. Our waiter said it was designed to share so you can order a handful of things for your table and try it all. They also have a variety of teas, bobas and cocktails that all looked delicious. You order on a paper menu (write how many of what you want and hand it to your waiter), which was a little weird but worked out. Food comes out very quickly and everything was delicious. Will be coming back again to try the rest of the vegan offerings! They also have a location in #seattle if you are closer to that, 100% recommend.

There were two vegan noodle dishes available, a spicy one and this seasame one. Look at those beautiful green freshly made noodles! athey are the only green noodles so it makes it easy to tell what dish is vegan. These were very flavorful and cooked perfecly, just delicious. These vegan dumplings are freshly made and steamed at the restaurant and delicious. The order comes with ten, they are the only green ones on the menu, so easily distiguishable from other options. ohhh i love this, i think they use the same/similar sauce as their stir fried noodles which just brings back so many good and tasty memories…delicious umami flavors with chewy rice cakes and veg, perfection! :) do you guys like savory or sweet rice cakes? my mom is more on the side of sweet, but i’m team savory

These taste quite bean-y to me, and I don’t think of them as a dessert, but they are! Just a personal preference though, I think my friends enjoyed them. I’ll pass. #veganisnotscary

My all-time favorite dessert. The ground up sesame seeds are so rich and the dumpling skin is perfect. My sister and I love them so much when we go we split an order of 10 (bc you can’t get fewer than that) #veganisnotscary #seattlevegan

i need to first of all apologize for the steam that made the photo so blurry jaja. anyway, the taste was pretty average. i believe it’s all the same filling that was in the dumplings and bao, so a nice veggie mix n tofu. it’s pretty accurate to what wonton soup tastes like though...i just didn’t like it that much? i’m not sure, maybe i need to try it again or something. the soup could be a tiny bit more flavorful, but overall it’s not bad. it’s very simple and has that comforting feel to it. i don’t really recommend this dish unless you reallyyy want some wontons n soup. it’s just overpriced and isn’t anything all that special in my opinion. sorry i can’t think of much to say about it jaja. maybe i should try the wontons in their spicy sauce next time? btw i think the din tai fung haul is finally over!! :))
