Really delicious and refreshing cup of iced lemon tea. Gonna steal this idea and brew it with earl grey tea on my own at home 😘 it was insanely sweet though. Could halve the sugar in this #veganisnotscary

A solidly average dish. Would pick the Dan Dan noodles over these as they were unfortunately a lot plainer than I imagined. Tell the staff to make sure it’s vegan. #veganisnotscary

I love this dish! It’s my favourite thing on the menu and we get it every time we go to DIn Tai Fung. This serving was extra good because there was lots of garlic!

Cooked until tender with garlic these are so tasty and surprisingly full of flavour. Make sure for vegan to ask for these to be cooked withoit stock.

Yummy, fresh & crunchy. Make sure you ask for the vegetarian version without the meat stock. You can also request for the version without garlic if you prefer so. #crfsg

The stir-fried dou miao with garlic is perhaps my favorite dish at Din Tai Fung. It is seasoned and perfectly cooked. I could eat an entire menu of just this dish and white rice and be satisfied.

Din Tai Fung does a few stir-fried greens and Nai Bai is something I go back for more than the others. A perfect side to their Vegetarian Dumplings, I particularly love the large chunks of garlic in this simple vegan version. Ensure the staff knows you are vegetarian/vegan as the greens are otherwise cooked with pork stock.
