Mango sorbet on nut and chocolate soil /crumble, with an unctuous chocolate mousse with granadilla blobs, sugared banana and sugared hazelnuts made an excellent dessert instead of the standard 3 sorbets: even though they are heavenly, a dessert like this finishes a meal perfectly.

Sumptuous and swoonworthy this light, flavoursome course was a perfect foils for a heavier first course.

Risotto with curry leaf - it was delicious with finely grated fresh carrot, coconut foam and origanum. Beauty presented this starter was perfect for the lighter main course.

While the sorbets were delicious, this was the only vegan dessert on offer. It was served on a tiny bed of cubed pieces of fruit. I get this is fine dining but compared to the generous desserts the omnivores at our table were given, this was a poor effort.

The main course of a 3 course meal. To be honest, this was super disappointing. To serve a thin slice of aubergine topped with 2 tablespoons of finely diced veg and 3 sprigs of tenderstem broccoli as a main course is really not acceptable. I can't help asking what happened to the rest of the aubergine!! This course was less substantial than the starter....

This was a starter dish of a 3 course set menu. I really loved this dish. The quinoa was deliciously seasoned and topped with grilled peaches (super yummy), and various other salad ingredients. Looks fairly simple but tasted delicious.

This was a pre-starter dish. Beautifully presented with a delicious, fresh flavour. It was amazing how much flavour was packed on this little plate. A base of tomatoes topped with asparagus, peas, leeks and pea shoots. Drizzled with a lovely fresh dressing.

The bread course to our 3 course meal. The bread was delicious and freshly baked. Could've done with a bit of olive oil on the side for dunking, especially since the omnivores at the table received butter with their bread
