Crosstown is a scratch bakery where every doughnut is handcrafted each morning by our team of expert bakers in our Battersea bakery. We roll our dough by hand and prepare all of our jams, compotes, fillings, glazes, and toppings in-house, fresh each day, using the finest ingredients we can find to deliver real, honest flavour. It’s a lot of extra work, but we believe the results speak for themselves. Quality should never be compromised no matter the quantity, although both can exist at the same time. We think our doughnuts pair perfectly to specialty coffee, which is why we serve them together where we can. We call this #craftbycrosstown
