This #burger was okay 🍔 but nothing special. The #bread wasn’t as fluffy as I’d liked it to be. The vegan #beef burger patty was juicy and well grilled. It also had caramelized #onions 🧅 which were not yet fully cooked, thus not soft. The #lettuce, #sprouts and #aioli on it were good! But all in all: Room for improvement

The burger was only okay 🍔 Expected more from an #allveganrestaurant While the idea of a vegan #burger topped with 'steakburger', caramelized #onion, #alfalfa, leaf lettuce, and #aioli sounded promising, the execution fell short of expectations. The patty lacked flavor and texture, leaving much to be desired in terms of satisfaction. The toppings, while diverse, didn't harmonize well, resulting in a somewhat disjointed eating experience. The onion added a sweet note, but it couldn't salvage the overall mediocrity of the burger. 🍔 The aioli was a decent touch, providing some much-needed moisture, but it couldn't mask the shortcomings of the other components. Overall, it's a passable option, but don't expect it to leave a lasting impression. #dobetter

Love how they're going for the gourmet burger experience here! Sadly the Bleu burger was out of stock, but this was a great alternative. Happy to come back here.

As far as hot chocolate goes this ones fine. It's certainly hot and tastes like chocolate but doesn't go much beyond that. It comes with a little square of dark chocolate too which is exactly what you'd expect; pretty good.

Hot Chocolate (W/ Whipped Cream Option)

Not a very flattering photo but it's because we wanted to eat it and I forgot to photograph it. The chocolate is good and flavorful, and the peanut butter in the middle is equally taste so you get both flavours while eating it. The peanuts on top are of course a nice crunchy extra. 4.40 euros which I guess is what it is for a dessert. Not too bad to share between two people.

Really filling and solid in the mouth when eating. Nice flow and variety of tastes and texture as you're eating your way through it. The serving size is maybe a little small, but because it's quite dense it's still quite filling, and the price matches the size, which is to say it's a little cheaper than most Utrecht lunches.

My dad (non-vegan) had this dish and liked it! Fun combination of the vegan blue cheese, non bacon and plant based steak burger. Great with the mixed fries.

Le Bleu No Burger

My mom had this dish and she enjoyed it. It has rice, figs, beet, sweet potato, broccoli, vegan cream cheese, mushrooms, hazelnuts. Original combination! Good portion size.

Power Bowl (Season Special)

Really small bowl for me, I could eat 4 of those for my normal portion size. It has soba noodles, shiitake, chickpeas, carrot, cabbage, edamame, tomato, broccoli, goji berries. It tasted good but not my fav from this restaurant.
