This was a traditional paella, but vegan! Super yummy, although I wish there was just a bit more to it. But still delicious!

E c’è anche la versione paella valenciana veg con tanto di veg pollo dell’heura, ben speziato e decisamente abbondante. Anche qui da migliorare la cottura del riso #paella #paellavalenciana #barcelonavegan

E non manca la paella in versione veg, questa di Mariscco è proprio con veg gamberetti 😅 molto abbondante gustosa e ben condita. Nota negativa è stato però il riso tendente allo scotto e non croccante e attaccato alla padella come una buona paella dovrebbe essere… migliorabile #paella #mariscos #veganpaella #barcelonavegan

Nel bellissimo quartiere gotico non può mancare una sosta in questo localino 100% vegan che dentro è parecchio piccolo - ma molto caratteristico e in tema con la zona - ma ha tavoli nella piazzetta pedinale antistante dove è un piacere fare aperitivo o cenare. Ed ecco una delle tapas che abbiamo provato, polpettine di patate e funghi molto gustose e ben presentate #tapas #croquetas #barcelonavegan

Las gambas muy bien conseguidas, rica paella. El sitio es muy chill, un poco lentos para servir, pero de sabor estaba muy bueno. Tienen cócteles y bebidas estilo Ice Tea.

Prima volta che assaggio il “Salmone affumicato Vegano” e sono rimasto letteralmente stupito!!! Sapore e consistenza uguali e valorizzati al meglio da una salsina stile Olandese anch’essa in versione vegana 🌱. Detto questo panino buono sano e ben preparato con ingredienti freschi e di qualità, lo consiglio come il locale!!! Avrei provato taaaaaaante altre cose. Bagel 🥯 Salmone affumicato 🍣 Salsa Olandese Avocado 🥑 Formaggio cremoso agli anacardi 🧀

A selection of dips, charcuterie style. The olives and sun dried tomatoes were amazing. The best dip with the most flavor was the red one (a tomato base). Not enough dipping items on the plate. Also wish they would’ve toasted the bagel or went with a different bread
