Blaze Pizza is a Pasadena, California–based fast-casual pizza restaurant chain, founded by Rick and Elise Wetzel in 2011. The chain's first location was opened in Irvine, California, in August 2012. The chain serves made-to-order pizzas, with a choice of various sauces and toppings. The pizzas are cooked in a high-temperature open-flame oven with an average cook time of three minutes. The only piece of cooking equipment inside each of the restaurants is an oven.

Super great price for a personal pan pizza. The cheese is okay in terms of taste. The vegan chorizo was a bit over-spiced, but overall good taste with the veggies and crust.

On high rise dough which was very doughy towards the edges. Just a try, it costs extra. I loaded up mine with chorizo/soyrizo, popcorn chick’n which was awesome and so many fruits and veggies of course ! Definitely good for more than 1. #toucan

Honestly, Blaze’s has the best pizza I’ve ever had (and I have an Italian family). It is fire roasted and you get to add whatever veggie you want. They also have vegan cheese and multiple kinds of sauces. Highly recommend.

My son loves this vegan cheese and pineapple pizza! I like the new strawless lids for drinks- very clever! Now, they just need a vegan AND GF crust for mom!

I’m very upset. Blaze used to carry a GF vegan crust. They changed to a cauliflower crust with dairy cheese in it and didn’t tell me until after I had ordered and eaten some! I’m furious and annoyed that a chain that claims to be allergy friendly would put dairy in their GF crust! The gluten crusts don’t have dairy!!!
