Big Monster Sushi and Thai in Lihue is an extremely vegan friendly restaurant that has #sushii and #thaifood. The menu has vegetarian lables but both servers I encountered knew what vegan was and told me almost everything vegetarian (which was a lot of the menu) can be #veganized. I asked if the thai tea can be veganized and they said yes! It was so refreshing and sweet. #hawaii #thaitea #eatingout
