My choice of bowl catered by BIBIBOP was the tofu one, which also had sweet potato noodles, purple rice, roasted sesame broccoli, bean sprouts, potatoes, corn, carrots, pickled red cabbage, sesame kale, cucumber, and sesame ginger sauce. Honestly, everything was delicious! Interesting combination of flavors and textures. I particularly enjoyed the sauce, and the noodles were great in consistency and taste.
