Love this! Fresh and so tasty. The texture of the chia seed pudding reminded me of tapioca pudding. The coconut milk is creamy and the fruit on top is so fresh. Seibel has the best fruit!

The patties were a little too salty, but the mushrooms were delicious! Loved the roasted kale as well. Had hummus and carrots on the side, which were solid.

Pretty solid dish with pickled onions, kimchi, vegan cheese, tempeh crumbles, and green onions on top of fries. Can customize it to your own liking.

Amazing creamed spinach! So comforting and loved the cardamom flavor! The spiced pita chips were warm, fresh, and well-seasoned. Perfect for dipping into the spinach and hummus. The polenta with warm apples and goat cheese was great as well. Can be made vegan without the goat cheese.

From the buffet: white rice pilaf with dried apricots and raisins, red curry local tofu, roasted fennel and zucchini, falafel with tahini sauce, and strawberry basil salad. Delicious all around! Loved the red curry and the tahini sauce.
