The pasta was perfectly cooked, the sauce was good very rich cheesy creamy Alfredo sauce. Make sure you ask it to be Vegan as this is not a fully vegan restaurant. The toast it came with was also very good to sop up the cheese sauce after . I will say that the shrimp that I got was a little bit grainy compared to most of the konjac root based shrimp I’ve had in the past but that’s just a supply thing not how it was prepared
