Zucchini spirals

It’s a convenient option if you do not have time to make your own. A good thing is that you have to season yourself ( no artificial flavors or excess of seasoning !).

Frozen zucchini spirals are amazing! These are so easy to use just microwave or boil slightly. Cover in your favorite sauce and it's just like eating a pasta/noodle dish, but without the carbs. I've used marinara sauce and a peanut sauce. Both work well with the zucchini flavor
