Zucchini Bites

I love these little Zucchini and Lentil bites.
Moist and full of flavour. Highly recommend

with a garden salad and some dressing.

Very nice texture and delicious taste. You can eat them cold as a snack or

frie them in a pan. I use them like 'meat balls'

Delicious! 30 seconds in the microwave and they are ready to squish onto flatbread -

add some red onion, sumac, lettuce & tomato for a quick delicious healthy lunch

Enjoyable and super easy to throw into a wrap or Buddha bowl. My son thought

they were regular falafels and googled them up. I could taste the zucchini in it. I'm not normal three biggest fan on zucchini but definitely enjoyed them and will probably get again.

Supee tastey and easy to go to snack or main meal mixed with other foods
