Amazing! Used this for tacos sautéed with onions and bell peppers. After adding seasoning and vegetable broth cook down and it soaks up all the flavors!

This is the best canned jackfruit out there in my opinion. What I like: one can USUALLY use the entire contents of the Native Forest young green jackfruit can in their dish INCLUDING the core and the seeds (which are more tender than other canned jackfruits). The jackfruit inside the (sodium free) can is oh-so-tender and packed in water, making it perfect to cook with after a quick rinse! What I don't like: less widely available (which isn't their fault, as they are a smaller company and it's a niche product) and the small size of the can.

Native Forest’s canned Jackfruit is deliciously tender with just the right amount of salt. This savory jackfruit can be added to so many dishes, or used on it’s own for tacos, etc. 🌮 I like how I can recycle the tin can instead of a plastic pouch of jackfruit ending up in the trash. I will definitely buy this product again!
