I used this salad to build a super quick and simple bowl with roast butternut,
falafel patty, hummus and balsamic reduction. Great variety of colours to help eat the rainbow and saves me time prepping during month end busyness 🍅🥗🥒🫑

My fave ready-made salad! It comes with a great basil vinaigrette dressing. I like to
pair it with WOOLIES Plant Powered Protein Crumbed Strips and hummus.

I prefer to make my salad myself but out of convenience sometimes I'll buy this.
Funny enough I used to pick out the peppers but now after trying it no salad is complete for me without red and yellow peppers. 🥗
I like using vegan mayo with a drop of sriracha sauce as my dressing but it does some with a sachet of dressing which I'm not a big fan of.

Usually buy this when i do not have time to cook. It sucks that its
in plastic but the buy 2 save 20% is affordable. I just add some chickpeas and its ready to go.

In need for convenience and opted for this lovely selection of raw vegetables. Used as
a cold base, topped with warm chickpeas :) #veganin2020
