Wan Je Shan Vegetarian Mushroom Oyster Sauce

Lo que me costó encontrarla de nuevo. Fundamental.para sazonar preparaciones asiáticas. Le da ese toque a honguitos rico y salado a salteados, muy buena para marinar tofu.

Great for making all sorts of dishes. It’s particularly good for Chinese and other east Asian recipes but you can put this in basically any savory dish and it just bumps up the umami factor perfectly.

Nos encanta en casa y la usamos mucho en salteados orientales. Buena textura y sabor.

Nice substitute for oyster sauce and good condiment to use in soups, stir-frys and many MORE... Would recommend :)
