I am not very happy with this vegan cheese. Tastewise it was Ok-ish, it did
remind me of Greek cheese but it was very bland, there was no tanginess to it. The texture really put me off, it reminded me of tofu-very spongy. Also, the ingredients are not the best. Overall, it wasn't what I expected it to be and I am not going to buy this product again. It wasn't' awful but there are so much better alternatives out there with cleaner ingredients.
