I was excited to try this but sadly, it wasn’t that great. I’ve never had
this is non-vegan form (if such a thing exists) to know what it’s supposed to taste like but I felt like I couldn’t really taste any of the chickpeas or lentils, and I gave up after a few bites. Another find at Lidl's vegan week, tasty pasta pockets filled with a creamy legume mixture.
The pasta has a touch of buckwheat at held its shape well. The filling was tasty, and the ingredients seem to be of good quality.
I didn't quite know what sauce to pair it with, so did a soy mylk based sauce with ground tofu, black olives, garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. I would buy again!
