Vegan croissants

Found them at Lidl, a really good alternative for breakfast! I suggest to put them

in the oven to give a crunchy texture but I actually liked them a lot

these are quite good for ready made croissants (nothing compared to what you get at

bakeries). i heated them up in the microwave for 10-15 seconds (not longer!!) so they get fluffy and soft. if you prefer them crunchy i would suggest the oven or a toaster.

No difference compared to the "normal" croissant! I used to eat them with some marmalade

and cappuccino for breakfast. love them!
