Veggie Lo Mein

This was edible, but not my favorite #quickmeal. The sauce flavor was good, but the tofu got chewy and the different veggies cooked at different times so the broccoli was soft but the green beans were crunchy. Fine in a pinch when you need a quick, low calorie meal, but not incredible #quickandeasy #microwavemeal

It was tasty but too sweet for me. Not sure if that’s what a lo mein is supposed to taste like because I’ve never had it. Would probably not repurchase. Had lots of protein and I did really like that it had whole pieces of broccoli, the noodles were good too. I am reviewing the version in the new packaging. Got it for $3.50-ish dollars at Target. Also, the brand is sadly owned by Nestle.

Who doesn’t love noodles?! Truly enjoyed this veggie lo mein #quickmeal by Sweet Earth! Loaded with noodles, veggies and chewy seitan for the #seitanlover! Perfect portion, filling and super yum 😋! Great source of protein and fiber! Glad the sodium content is lower than most other brands for quick frozen ready meals! Fat is a bit high and sugar could be lower but still ok in my book when in need for a #lazyvegan meal! Sweet Earth Veggie lo menu was just okay. I tried it when I bought the cauliflower Mac. It’s bland but convenient. Have to spice it up with sauces.
