Vegetable Gyoza Potstickers

I really enjoy these potstickers 🥟. Vegan gyoza are sometimes hard to find at the grocery. I luckily & happily find these at my local Asian market, and they are always delicious. Trader Joe’s also sells a great version too, but they usually run out of them at my local store. I pan fried these, and steamed for the last minute as directed, and they turned out really great. The vegetable filling has tons of flavor, isn’t mushy and is pretty amazing. They crisp up really nicely, when pan fried. I’m sure they would be great boiled for more of a soft or soupy inspired noodle dish as well. I love dipping these in gyoza 🥟 sauce, or soy sauce. These were pretty delicious! It’s hard to find vegetable gyoza where I live so most of the time I have to make it from scratch. These save a ton of time and are super tasty with lots of flavor, and when cooked right, are nice and crispy. They’re a bit high in sodium so it’s not the healthiest, but still worth it for me.
