Vegetable Broth

This broth is a large quantity for a crackpot meal. I also like putting it in the ricecooker for quicker cooking. I add potatoes, corn, peas and vegan meat with tons of seasoning. It is a good quantity for the price. #vegansoup

This Simply Nature Organic Vegetable Broth from Aldi is pretty decent for a store-bought veggie stock. Obviously it’s not the most flavorful and it definitely isn’t as tasty as any homemade vegetable broth, but it is gets the job done and works perfectly in dishes like stuffing or vegetable soup. Overall, the stock is a great pantry staple that’s super cheap and versatile. 🍲
