Mozzarella vegana di anacardi, provata sulla pizza ma non si scioglie molto, sapore buono

Based on cashews with basil flavour. Really nice to add into the beautiful sommer's salads. It doesn't melt guys so don't use it on a pizza or whatever it goes in the oven but I strongly recommend it, as well 'cause Soyana is a great brand based on sustainability and great work philosophy.

Schmeckt gut. Weicher bzw. cremiger als tierischer Mozzarella, aber im Salat erinnert es an tierischen Mozzarella. Etwas teuer

Nice mozarella alternative. Nice to make caprese sandwiches. Seems not to be used warm. Haven't tried yet.
