Vegan Mini Schnitzel

These are nothing super special, but they are a good thing to have in the fridge for busy days. They cook fast in a pan, oven or air fryer and go with various sides. I would get them again if they offer it at Lidl again. #veganinbulgaria #veganin2024 #veganmeat

It reminds me a lot of white chicken meat. Crispy cornflake coating goes perfectly with this schnitzel. Their base is rice flour and wheat protein. They are very thin, I think they would be great for a sandwich also. Gonna buy again.👍

I always end up liking Vemondo's meat alternatives and this was no exception. The only thing I did not like that these were veeery oily (I cooked them in the air fryer and they released a lot of oil). Eveybody and their mother were raving about these so i was very excited to try them. I honestly didn’t love them. They were very crispy and the “meat” part was great but they were oddly sweet.
