Vegan Mac - Sweet Potato Pumpkin Shells

These are really bland, with a hint of sweetness. My kids actually like them, which is surprising. Think I’ll stick with the cheese flavour next time.

It's nice they expanded with a sweet potato pumpkin shell flavor... but it tastes a bit bland for me. I do enjoy Annie's regular vegan mac though! #veganisnotscary

I’m not gonna lie, I was pretty disappointed. I’ve heard soooo many good things about Annie’s and I was super excited when I found it- but it didn’t taste like mac and cheese? It didn’t taste bad (to me), but not cheesy at all and definagely not amazing like it was hyped up to be. My partner wouldn’t eat it lol. I’d try other products of theirs in the future, but don’t think this was worth the price for what tasted like just plain pasta😔

I really wanted to like this, but these were a no. There was a weird sweetness to it that just didn’t meld well with the plasticky cheese taste. I guess that’s from the sweet potato and pumpkin but it didn’t even taste like that sort of sweetness but rather artificial sweetener. Tried to add chilli flakes and peas to make it at least edible, but will not be getting again. Not worth the calories.
