Vegan Kimchi

Love the spiciness but it’s not too spicy for those who do not like chilli. I like fresh kimchi which is not too sour and will finish soon after opening. Good with rice or as kimchi soup with tofu and veggies. Can get it in Cold Storage or Giant.

I’ve eaten a lot of #kimchi, and this is one of the better-tasting ones. No fish sauce, so nothing off-puttingly funky. Just the right level of sweetness and a nice touch of sour. Will buy again!

Ouuuh i really like this kimchi. Sourish at just nice level,slightly spicy’ish but not too much. I made kimchi soup along with the gochujang sauce with it,very happy. And it’s price is pretty reasonable too.Ard $10+ for this big bottle. Got this at Giant supermarket.

The taste is a bit subtle than the typical kimchi. It definitely is better than those kimchi that they serve in food courts before I was vegan.
