vegan croissants

Honestly I wasn’t impressed with these croissants, the dough seemed too chewy and overall I just didn’t think they tasted great. They weren’t cheap either, 8$ for a box of four croissants. #croissant #vegancroissant #wholefoods #croissants #wholefoodplantbased

#vegancroissant Last time I encountered a vegan croissant was in #montreal and I didn’t like it, it was crispy alrite but the texture s almost like your eating deep fried stuff. This one tho is flaky, wheaty(not sure if this way of describing it can be compliant if but it is a very positive thing for me), and most importantly affordable.

I can NEVER find vegan croissants where I live except from this one store. Their #vegancroissants are soooooo good, but I recently discovered that #wholefoods makes vegan croissants?!?!!! This was an absolute amazing vegan croissant, but my sister said it was kinda bland. This might even be better then the other vegan croissants I used to get. This is not a pastry, but it does make for a great "bread" option with Just egg and Follow Your Heart cheese! Ultimate breakfast sandwich, if you ask me!

Out of recommendation from my friend, I tried this and in sandwich form. Highly recommend it! Unlike non-vegan versions, it isn’t too buttery.
