Vegan Bolangnaise

A little on the bland side for me, but it worked well as a nacho topping with fresh homemade salsa and guacamole. The ingredients are great (even includes brocoli!) , and it's a wonderful option to keep in the freezer and pull out on the evenings you can't be bothered to cook. Heating options are wide - another convenience. I took the easy route this time and used Chef Mick to defrost and heat from frozen. I might try other products in the same range. I just wish there were other storage options other than plastic.

Bought this has a quick dinner option in the week. All I needed to do was boil some pasta and top it with the bolognese. It was packed with lentils and carrots and other veg which was great, so very nutritious. I thought the taste itself could have been more flavourful, though.

A ready made vegan bolognaise that tastes fresh as can be. Made with no soya or other meat substitute but with carrots, broccoli and lentils filled with tomatoes! Yummy and delicious. Served with veg pasta.
