Urban Vegan Thick Cut Chickn

Taste is good. Texture reminded me of deli meat we ate as kids (kinda spongy like processed chicken roll or polony). If you like that kind of thing I think this is a good vegan version of that. It isn't like a fillet or meat in texture at all.
