Un-Brie-Lievable

This is the first vegan cheese I will grab when given the chance! It is so delicious and creamy and pairs well with sweet or savory flavors. I had two non-vegan friends over for a Sunday brunch and they loved it! My one friend said she always loves trying the fun vegan cheeses I find. This is the best one I’ve found in a while!

Picked this up at Grocery Outlet for about half of what I usually pay for these cheeses! This is their #brie , which I can't say is like brie but it's good. It really reminds me of a very basic cashew cheese recipe I used to make. Creamy and tangy. These are yummy but I liked other flavors more. And they are very small. #vegancheese #cashewcheese

Es muy sabroso y con mucho sabor a queso. No es de lo más barato, pero es comprensible porque está hecho a base de nuez de la india. Excelente para untar en pan o para crear una buena tabla de quesos, frutos y embutidos 👌🏽
