Questo tofu è buono e ben cucinato risulta gustoso apportando un bel contenuto di proteine nel piatto.
Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono, consistenza un po' dura ma ottima per sbriciolarlo e creare dei bocconcini irregolari, da infarinare e passare in padella e condire a piacimento!
