Tofu Firm Baked Pepper Garlic

I got this block of deliciousness at Irene's Gourmet shop in Strydom Park. Ummm yummm 😋 wow. It's firm and very tasty. You can eat it as is. It's almost got a fish like texture and taste. Not too fishy though. I used it in a pasta with #shitake mushrooms and Ina Paarmans delicious basil pasta sauce and #glutenfree pasta. So flavourful, yummy and perfectly priced with the discount 👌 Air fried it and popped it on a sarmie with some kimchi - healthy and tasty

I've stopped buying other firm tofu because nothing compares to this - the flavour is baked deep into the tofu and its better than any marinade you can get on the outside of tofu. The smoked paprika one is also nice.
