Tofu BBQ

Di solito mi piacciono molto i tofu già insaporiti. Questo l’ho provato crudo nel panino e saltato in padella. Saltato in padella decisamente meglio, ma per i miei gusti troppo speziato.

As most pre flavored / marinated tofu, this was somehow both soggy and flavorless on the inside. In such big pieces and when not drained well, the tofu cannot soak up all the marinade, which makes it a bit bland, despite all the spices. I still cubed and pan fried it with some extra smoked tofu and it worked well in a wrap 🌯 I would still prefer buying it plain and season it myself. #tofulover #veganinbulgaria #veganin2025
