Mi piace un sacco! Ha la consistenza perfetta per me, non si sbriciola e il sapore è molto delicato. Si presta benissimo ad essere cotto tipo scaloppina, ma anche saltato a cubetti fa la sua figura. Lo ricomprerò di sicuro!
È buono, sicuramente non regge il confronto con quello della Lidl ma non è neanche fra i peggiori.
Ottimo tofu non si asciuga troppo se passato in padella ,gusto neutro adatto a varie ricette,buon prodotto e buon prezzo
