Parece pollo, sabe a pollo, pero no es pollo! Además, es el único procesado que mi nutrionista recomienda como fuente de proteína saludable, junto con los bocados de heura. El único inconveniente es el precio, pero merece la pena, sobre todo si lo pillas de oferta o puedes comprar los formatos de 2,5 kg para congelar.

Sono dei "bastoncini" di soia adatti come ripieno per wrap; io li ho saltati in padella con olio, salsa di soia e un pizzico di pepe e li ho trovati molto buoni anche da soli, accompagnati da un'insalata. Hanno la consistenza e il sapore del pollo, soprattutto se in padella si bruciacchiano un po'. Euro 4,40 a confezione
