"Jamón York" que había visto taaaaaantas veces recomendado que tenía muchas ganas de probar. Lo hice con un clásico "bikini" (sándwich mixto, que decís fuera de Barcelona). Y súper! El grosor/textura es bastante diferente al York hecho con cerdito 😞, pero está rico y nadie ha sufrido ni muerto... #veganisnotscary 8/90
