Tex mex Jack Fruit

After trying the barbecue version, I was very excited to try the Tex mex mix. While the texture was great in the tacos, I was not the biggest fan of the flavor as I don't really care for cumin but the green chile flavor was great.

This preflavored meal is hearty and quick to heat. It is convenient and healthy. #pulledjackfruit

tried this Jackfruit Company Tex-Mex Jackfruit despite having no experience cooking jackfruit haha and although the flavor was nice with the cumin, it didn’t cook up the way i would have liked (probably user error though) 🍈

This jack fruit Tex mex meal was pretty good ! I had it with melted cheese and salsa ! It was a quick meal for me so I really liked that.

I like jackfruit and the seasoning on this Tex Mex variety is delicious. I use it mixed with veggies or to make a quesadilla. So good!
