Impeccable rich taste and a very creamy texture, it goes great with everything from foccachia to veggies (but it between us it tastes the best straight from the tub).

The best part is: it tastes good, reminds me a bit of Swiss cottage cheese. The list of ingredients is less funny, hardly any proteins and a lot of saturated fats. In short: I won’t buy it again, I just bought it out of curiosity.

The taste is very delicate, I am not sure it recalls me the taste of original stracciatella, but anyway is good. Nutritionally wise is not that inviting, very low in proteins as all the vegan cheese and fats high. Price not cheap, but from time to time I could buy it.

This is my second batch of Julienne Bruno products. They sell out really fast. I had a chance to try their products once in Wholefoods and both, my partner and I, decided: these people have to be supported! :D The red one is Superstraccia. I forgot to take the solo picture of it before I ate it. Sorry! It is a cream-like spread. If you ever had kajmak(kaymak), that is it. The texture is soft with little soft crumbs. You can use it as a spread or just eat it solo. I don't know how they do it but that is it. If it was more sour, I would think it is real kajmak. Recommended!

Che bontà!!!!!!! L’ho mangiato a casa di mia figlia e l’ho trovato super👍 In famiglia abbiamo sempre amato i formaggi e questo ci ha veramente sorpresi, ricorda molto quello non vegano. La sua consistenza è identica. Il gusto, per come lo ricordo, è uguale e si spalma brillantemente!
