I enjoyed this alot!! So it's the first time trying tofu as a scrambled egg
replacement. It's not 100% Similar but it's close enough and the taste was lovely. Has a really nice mix of flavours, which work perfectly together. The tomato relish has
a bit of spice to it & the patty has the herby flavour. Really nice bread too!😍🥯

Sunday breakfast treat! The vegan alternative to a McMuffin is here and the star attraction
is the new Beyond Meat pea protein sausage patty. The muffin also included a tofu turmeric egg, dairy-free cheese and tomato relish. It’s expensive at just under £5 but this is a lovely treat and handy if you’re on-the-go and in need of a quick vegan breakfast to keep you going for a busy day. Also thanks @dhanipatel for recommending this! I had to get this in case they stop selling this after #veganuary 👏💚 @abillion10
