I’ve been using another brand #veganfishsauce whc is soy based cos I havent found one
that i really like. A friend bought this for me and i really really love it. It’s made from #kombu & #shitakemushrooms . Really made the soup i made more flavourful, full bodied and has tht great #umami feels. I made lots of vege soup using vegan #dashi stock powder.
She bought this at the Thai Supermarket in Aperia Mall on the first floor.
