Who loves quick comfort? I know I sure do! My life is always busy herding senior cats, so sign me up. I have a deep love for noodles, and I will take rice noodles any day, but instant soup are usually grainy and either bland or too salty. Not this one! The flavor is wonderfully savory without the saltiness, and the dehydrated onion always rehydrates well so no tough chewy bits. And even better, there is no plastic used in this packaging. Definitely recommended.

This soup was okay. It was a bit bland/maybe bitter. I don’t know, maybe if my noodles cooked better. I could give it another try.

This soup was such a nice surprise! The package size is deceiving - once you add water, there are a ton of noodles, way more than I’d expect! The soup has a strong, savory flavor and the rice noodles get nice and tender. It’s high in flavor, low in calories, and a great quick meal!
