Spreadable blue

Ottimo prodotto che ricorda molto il gorgonzola, buona consistenza e sapore. Perfetto anche per farcire le piadine. Prezzo accessibile. Lo consiglio 😊

Oddio non so bene cosa dire... Di solito apprezzo i prodotti Mozzarisella, ma questo non so, mi ha lasciata perplessa. Gusto deciso ma che secondo me non si sposa bene con la base dolciastra data dal riso. Consistenza ok, perfetta per mantecare pasta, fare da base per panini, piadine, bruschette etc ma davvero, dato il suo sapore non so davvero come impiegarla. Non la ricomprerò credo...

Today I tried this spreadable plant based blue cream cheese that is made out of sprouted brown rice and some algae that give it a surprisingly accurate blue cheese smell. The taste is too flat to mimic the strong salty taste of blue cheese, but if you let the expectation of the salty, heavy taste go, the spread is really nice! I put some salt on it the first time, that worked well. But I really enjoy it by itself too. It is amazing, that the smell really is similar (!) to blue cheese! Got it at Vantastic Foods.com

This had a chalky texture which was not nice, the blue cheese flavour was not too bad if I had a mouthful of cracker and pickled onion with it. It was also expensive. I will not be buying again.

The best vegan blue cheese I've ever tasted. My partner loves it too, it tastes so much like the original one! Perfect with crackers, bread sticks, sandwiches... Yum!
