Spicy Coconut & Rice Noodles

Nice and spicy and an ok snack meal. The noodles were a little slippery for me but ok as a emergency go to.

This was pretty good. Quick meal for those lazy #vegan days. Only thing I didn’t like is that you can’t cook this in the microwave so not great for taking to work. Overall I liked the flavor and wanted a bit more.

For the price this was lack-luster. Following the directions on the pack will get you soup, use less water if you prefer a drier noodle- this method could also be more flavorful. As is this is pretty bland, not much coconut, lime, or ginger. Spice is there. Also not filling for the price. Better cup noodles are out there.

£1.20 Tescos An easy meal as I couldn’t be bothered the other night. Quite tasty and not too spicy.

So easy to make and really nice flavours, enjoyed this!
